On March 14, Dongjian Solar & Energy Co., Ltd. and Linxiang Gufen Corporation signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai. Both companies aim to leverage their complementary strengths and shared resources to advance new energy projects and contribute to China's dual carbon strategy.
The signing ceremony took place at Dongjian Digital Energy Group's headquarters in Shanghai, witnessed by key leadership from both organizations. Chairman Aaron Cao of Dongjian Digital Energy Group, President Zhengyuan Zhang, Linxiang Chairman Yang He, and Jihua Liu from Linxiang attended the event. Dongjian's VP and GM of Dongjian Solar & Energy, Ray Pan, and Linxiang's Deputy Chief Engineer Lingfeng Li, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
Aaron emphasized that Dongjian has established a mature and comprehensive presence in the upstream and downstream sectors of the new energy industry, while Linxiang has a wealth of experience in comprehensive energy services. He expressed confidence that the partnership would unlock new areas of collaboration and drive high-quality growth for both firms.
Yang He echoed these sentiments, noting the accelerated global push towards carbon neutrality and the growing competition within the energy industry. He highlighted the alignment between Linxiang’s regional development strategies and Dongjian’s vision, anticipating a long-term partnership that would tap into their synergies for mutual success.
The collaboration comes in the context of China's government work report, which emphasized the need to accelerate the energy revolution and build a new energy system. With both companies playing pivotal roles in the energy sector, their partnership aims to explore new growth drivers and contribute to global green and low-carbon transitions.
