In order to better meet the diversified and personalized performance needs of sodium ion batteries in domestic and foreign end markets, both parties have signed a written cooperation agreement: Lepu Sodium Power will establish a special group of Haisida to concentrate its advantageous research and development efforts, provide targeted development and joint research services for battery materials, to adapt to the differentiated requirements of different batteries for material performance, and provide production capacity guarantee. The first batch of materials to initiate targeted development includes three high-power High capacity, high voltage layered oxide cathode materials and two polyanionic materials; Haisida will provide continuous support in terms of technical requirements, information sharing, material priority procurement, and core supplier list; Both sides will establish a long-term communication mechanism, hold regular meetings, continuously consolidate cooperation achievements, and strengthen cooperation relations.

Haisida Power was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of the listed company Pritt (002324). It mainly produces lithium and sodium batteries and has established a complete R&D and manufacturing system in the field of power and energy storage batteries, possessing core technologies throughout the entire industry chain. It is a military power supply, State Grid energy storage system, three major communication operators, and a supplier of emergency power for China's subway and light rail. Its products are widely used in new energy energy storage, electric tools and smart appliances, new energy vehicles, low-speed electric vehicles, electric bicycles, as well as aerospace, rail transit, electric ships, weapons and equipment, emergency lighting and other fields. Haisida has a forward-looking layout and rapid development in the commercial field of sodium ion batteries. Currently, it has launched multiple sodium battery products such as square and cylindrical ones, which have received high attention and recognition from the market.
